We offer 3 venues to accommodate your group size and a variety of food and beverage packages to exceed your expectations. Here at Mahogany Run, we can customize any package to your liking so do not be afraid to ask! We will also do our best to fit into your budget. No matter if you are planning an intimate party for 12 or an extravagant event for 120– we are here to make it a memorable event for you and your guests!

The South Patio,The North Patio & The Mahogany Room
Room fees, minimums & details are listed for each venue below
All room fees include tables, chairs, linens, plates, cutlery & glassware and are based on a 3 hour event– all events have a maximum time of 5 hours and must end by 11:00 pm
All food & beverage must be provided by The Grille– no outside food or beverage are permitted
20% Gratuity will be added to all food & beverage items
We will gladly discuss any special menu or set-up request and we will do our best to fit into your desired budget.

The South Patio
The South Patio is furnished with outdoor patio furniture and a large flat screen TV for your use. Patio furniture can be removed and replaced with round or rectangle tables to fit your needs.
Best used for: Hors d’ourvres, Buffets, Cocktail Parties & Plated Dinners for Groups of 24 or less
Accommodates: 40 Guest Seated or 50 Guests for Cocktail Parties
The North Patio
The North Patio is the outdoor dining area for The Grille. This patio is set up with square tables and a romantic atmosphere. Tables can be arranged according to your event and number of guests.
Best used for: Buffets, Plated Dinners & Passed Hors d’ourvres
Accommodates: 36 Guests Seated 44 Guests for Cocktail Parties
